Late Night Drive – “Ohio” A BlankTV World Premiere!
Artist city, country: San Juan, Puerto Rico
Artist Biography: Late Night Drive originated as a propellant for a movement of the Pop-Punk genre in the local scene.
Aside from showcasing their talents locally in Puerto Rico, including the opening act for Fall Out Boy on February 2016, Late Night Drive is working towards touring in the EU by Summer 2017.
With a debut EP titled ‘All Wave and No Goodbye’ on major music outlets world-wide, such as iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon, the band are now finishing the recording process for their second album titled “Bloom” expected to release next June. Late Night Drive is in pursuit of bigger projects and opportunities that would allow them to further their career within the music industry.
About The Video: We were not planning the production of this video, we were actually planning a music video for Exeunt. The thing is the idea we came up with didn’t quite match up with our budget or expertise.
So, we decided to work with Ohio and give it the vibe it has, so, naturally, we made a Pop Punk party video. The video was shot at Oscar’s (Bass) house, at the back patio where they had this empty room usually used to party in the first place. We made an event through Facebook and invited a bunch of friends to make it look like they’re having a nice time. We didn’t force them. Really.
