Artist Biography: I (Nader) am a Texas transplant by way of Austin and Houston and moved to L.A. two years to pursue music. Played and recorded my first EP myself and now play in a live 3-piece band in LA with Julian Medina (drums) and Kenny Esparza (bass). Originally inspired by The Doors and 60s garage rock, as I heard more about the garage rock revival scene in LA – decided to quit my day job as an accountant in Houston and move.
Currently, I am working on a full-length follow-up to my EP with the help of Chris Allison of Lord Loud, another LA local (lordloudmusic.bandcamp.com). I have a tape out for my EP which is part of the releases for Cassette Store Day USA put on by Burger Records. Cassette Store Day USA is overall part of International Cassette Store Day that is happening on Oct 14th: http://www.cassettestoredayusa.com.
