L’FREAQ is the alias of Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Lea Cappelli, who crafts songs inspired by pop and R&B but with a biting edge.
She has shared the stage with Jakob Dylan and India.Arie, and her cover of Peggy Lee’s “Angels on Your Pillow” was used in promos for NBC’s show, “The Voice,”
L’FREAQ is releasing her new five song EP ‘Weird Awakenings’ in the coming months, and plays New York and LA-based venues regularly.
