‘Before the Sun Catches Us All’ is a work of songs that purveys an emotional, physical, and mental imagery of the two years since the release of our last album, ‘Rammi Jamms’. The pivotal point of the last two years began when Todd (singer/guitarist) was diagnosed with cancer after we came back from tour, but the somber mood shifted when he conveyed that he wanted to keep moving forward with writing, re-hearings, and playing shows despite his condition. The three of us embraced each other and with me taking a greater role with sharing lead vocals, we reshaped our composition to writing songs. His cancer has since gone into remission, and this album echoes those two years, as it a reminder of our fears, our friendships, our love, and our perseverance.
