Artist Bio: Cargo Lift were formed in late 2016 in Thessaloniki, Greece. In April 2017 they recorded their first four tracks. These tracks included several different ideas and approaches, as the band made its first steps towards creating its identity. Early 2019 finds the band recording another 4-track album, the ‘Disguised’ EP. More confident about their sound and style, the new songs feature darker and more aggressive guitars, while vocals take over the melodic identity of the band.
Cargo Lift belong to the general grunge/rock spectrum and are influenced by Faith No More, Tool, Deftones, Muse, Royal Blood, Pearl Jam, Audioslave, Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden and many other great names of the modern rock sound.
