Artist Biography: The Psycho Season is a rock band from Oulu, northern Finland. Their music can be described as a dark, gloomy rock with influences from grunge, stoner rock and heavy metal.

The Psycho Season started in spring, 2010. The band has released two full-length albums, one EP and two demo tapes. Aside studio recordings, they also have two music videos online, ”Down” and ”Preposterous War.”
The Psycho Season is known for its solid live performances and professional attitude towards music. They love to challenge themselves.

The bands latest album ‘These Paths Lead Us Where We Started From’ was released in December, 2017.
The album unveiled the band’s new powerful lineup and material that is melodic, heavy and filled with twisted riffs, and it has received great reviews from all around.

This year band is planning to tour promoting the freshly released album and to reach wider audiences with their live show.
Future looks bright.

About the Video: The Psycho Season has released a new video for “Two Steps Back”. The video was written, directed and edited by Antti Jänkälä and shot by Tapio Lehtinen. The black and white video is filled with black humor and the story is presented backwards from the end to the beginning.
